What contain the breakfast, lunch and dinner?
A regular Breakfast has coffee, scramble eggs, jam, cheese, toast, butter, bread and Andean cereals.
For lunch we have for example Napolitano Spaghetti or rice with meat and vegetables, or chicken with potatoes and vegetables, we also use Andean ingredients like Quinoa and Kiwicha that are rich in proteins.
For dinner we have for example a hot soup with vegetables, and a main dish with potatoes with mushroom, etc.
Drink: Each hiker need to bring a bottle water or a canteen, during trek we will fill it any time that be required by you.
We provide also beverages at meals times like juices, teas, coffees, etc.
